ClearPath Automations (“ClearPath,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides ClearPath CRM, a customer relationship management and workflow platform designed for small and medium-sized businesses.
This Privacy Policy explains how ClearPath handles personal information through our websites, software, integrations, forms, and related services.
1. ClearPath’s Role
ClearPath may handle personal information in two different ways depending on the situation.
Information provided directly to ClearPath
When someone contacts ClearPath directly, requests information about our services, schedules a demonstration, creates an account, communicates with us, or otherwise interacts directly with ClearPath, we may collect and use that information for our own legitimate business purposes.
Information processed for ClearPath customers
Businesses using ClearPath CRM may store or process information about their own prospects, leads, customers, employees, or other business contacts through ClearPath.
In those situations, the ClearPath customer determines why the information is being collected and how it should be used. ClearPath processes that information to provide the CRM and related services requested by that customer.
For example, if a business connects its Facebook or Instagram lead forms to ClearPath, information submitted through those forms may be transferred into that business's ClearPath CRM account so its team can manage and follow up with the lead.
ClearPath does not become the advertiser or owner of a customer's leads merely because the information passes through ClearPath CRM.
2. Information We May Collect
Depending on how our services are used, we may process information such as:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Business or company name
- Job title or role
- Lead or customer information
- Notes and communications
- Tasks and follow-up information
- Meeting and scheduling information
- Lead source and campaign-related information
- CRM activity and workflow history
- Account and organization information
- Technical information needed to operate and secure the service
- Information submitted through connected third-party services
The exact information stored in ClearPath CRM depends largely on what a ClearPath customer chooses to collect and enter into the service.
3. Customer CRM Data
Information entered into a customer's ClearPath organization is used to provide ClearPath's CRM functionality.
This may include helping the customer:
- Receive and organize leads
- Assign lead ownership
- Track sales opportunities
- Schedule and manage follow-ups
- Create and manage tasks
- Manage meetings
- Maintain customer and contact records
- Track lead and customer history
- Receive workflow notifications
- Operate integrations selected by the customer
ClearPath does not use a customer's CRM leads or customer records to independently market ClearPath products to those individuals.
A customer business remains responsible for determining whether it has the appropriate notices, permissions, and lawful basis to collect and use information it places into ClearPath.
4. Facebook and Instagram Lead Forms
Where a supported Meta lead-form integration is enabled by a ClearPath customer, ClearPath processes information received through that connection on the customer’s behalf to provide CRM functionality.
Depending on the form and permissions granted, this information may include submitted names, email addresses, phone numbers, form responses, lead-source identifiers, and information needed to authorize and operate the connection.
The customer—not ClearPath—is the advertiser and determines the purpose of its campaign and how it follows up with its leads. Customers are responsible for their advertisements, lead forms, privacy notices, and the permissions required to collect and use that information.
ClearPath does not sell customer lead information or use it to independently market ClearPath’s products to those individuals. Meta’s own handling of information is governed by its policies and terms.
5. Other Third-Party Integrations
ClearPath may integrate with third-party platforms selected by customers.
Depending on the features enabled, these may include services for:
- Advertising and lead generation
- Calendar and meeting functionality
- Workflow automation
- Payment processing
- Communications
- Application hosting and infrastructure
ClearPath only seeks access appropriate for providing the applicable integration or service.
Third-party services maintain their own privacy policies and terms, and their handling of information is governed by those policies.
6. How We Use Information
ClearPath may use information as necessary to:
- Provide and operate ClearPath CRM
- Authenticate users and organizations
- Maintain customer accounts
- Process leads and customer records
- Operate integrations requested by customers
- Provide workflow, task, notification, and follow-up functionality
- Provide customer support

6A. Website Analytics and Browser Storage
Our website is hosted on Base44 and is configured to use Base44's analytics and page-visit tracking features. These features support measurement of visits and use of the service; this policy does not describe that information as anonymous or de-identified.
The website also uses browser local storage to retain application configuration and navigation information and, when an access token is present, information used for sign-in. Visiting the public Privacy Policy page does not require an account.
You can manage or clear locally stored information through your browser settings. Doing so may affect sign-in or other website functions and does not, by itself, delete records held by ClearPath or Base44. Questions about tracking or stored information can be sent to ty@clearpathautomations.ai.
7. How We Share Information
ClearPath may disclose information to service providers and technology partners when reasonably necessary to operate our services.
These providers may support functions such as infrastructure, hosting, automation, communications, authentication, payment processing, analytics, or integrations.
We may also disclose information when:
- Directed or authorized by the applicable ClearPath customer
- Required by law or valid legal process
- Necessary to protect the security, rights, or integrity of ClearPath, our users, or others
- Necessary in connection with a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets
ClearPath does not sell customer CRM lead or contact information for money.
8. Customer Control of Data
ClearPath customers control the information their organizations place into ClearPath CRM, subject to the functionality and terms of the service.
Customers may be able to:
- Create records
- Update records
- Archive records
- Export organization information
- Disconnect supported integrations
- Manage members of their organization
If an individual has questions about information that a business has collected about them and stored in ClearPath, that individual should generally contact the business that collected the information first.
ClearPath may assist our customer with responding to appropriate privacy requests when necessary.
9. Meta Connections and Disconnection
Customers may request assistance disconnecting a Meta integration by contacting ty@clearpathautomations.ai. Customers may also manage or revoke permissions through the controls available in their Meta accounts.
Disconnecting an integration and deleting information previously received are separate actions. Revoking access does not, by itself, erase records already imported into ClearPath CRM. Archiving a CRM record is also not the same as permanently deleting it.
Requests to delete previously received information can be submitted using the instructions in Section 13. Any continued retention remains subject to applicable law and Meta’s applicable platform requirements.
10. Data Retention
ClearPath retains personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to:
- Provide the requested services
- Maintain customer accounts and business records
- Preserve legitimate CRM history
- Meet contractual obligations
- Protect the service from abuse or fraud
- Resolve disputes
- Comply with applicable legal requirements
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the reason it is being processed.
Permanent deletion of identified CRM records can be carried out from the application's data tables and recoverable trash. Related tasks, notifications, and activity history may need to be located and removed separately; deleting a lead alone does not automatically remove all linked records.
Archiving a record preserves it and is not permanent deletion. Removing account access or ending a subscription should not be treated as confirmation that all associated information has been erased. To request deletion, follow the instructions in Sections 12 and 13.
Deletion from CRM data tables and recoverable trash does not establish immediate removal of every copy in platform backups, logs, or connected third-party services. Where such copies exist, retention and deletion depend on the relevant provider's procedures and applicable legal requirements. We do not promise a single retention period or immediate erasure from every system.
11. Data Security
ClearPath uses reasonable administrative, organizational, and technical measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
ClearPath's architecture is designed to separate customer organizations and restrict access to information based on appropriate user permissions.
However, no internet service, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
12. Data Access and Privacy Requests
Depending on where an individual lives, applicable privacy laws may provide rights concerning personal information, such as rights to request:
- Access
- Correction
- Deletion
- A copy of certain information
- Restrictions on certain processing
Requests concerning information collected directly by a ClearPath customer should generally be submitted to that business.
Requests concerning information controlled directly by ClearPath may be submitted to:
We may need to verify a request before acting on it.
13. Requests to Delete Information Received Through Meta
Individuals and customer businesses may request deletion of personal information received by ClearPath through a Meta integration by emailing ty@clearpathautomations.ai with the subject “Meta Data Deletion Request.”
Please identify the business or form involved, if known, and provide enough information to locate the relevant record, such as the email address used when submitting the form. Do not send passwords, access tokens, or government identification documents.
You do not need a ClearPath account to submit a request. We may request additional information reasonably necessary to locate the data or verify the request.
We will review and handle valid deletion requests promptly, in accordance with applicable law and Meta’s applicable platform requirements. Where information is processed on behalf of a customer, we may coordinate with that customer and relevant service providers to carry out the required action.
Our review includes identifying relevant CRM records and related tasks, notifications, and activity history that fall within the request. Deleting only the lead record is not treated as completion of the request.
Customer coordination does not replace applicable deletion obligations. If a legal requirement prevents deletion of particular information, we will explain the applicable limitation where permitted.
14. Children’s Privacy
ClearPath's services are designed for businesses and are not intended for children.
We do not knowingly offer ClearPath CRM directly to children under the age required by applicable law to use such services.
15. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as ClearPath, our integrations, or applicable legal requirements evolve.
When we make changes, we will update the effective date shown at the top of this page.
Material changes may also be communicated through the service or other appropriate means.
