Built for the businesses that actually do the work.
ClearPath Automations exists for a simple reason: small businesses don't need another bloated enterprise tool. They need a clear path from an inquiry to a customer — and a way to keep that work moving.
From daily operations to ClearPath.

Tyree Burke
Founder, ClearPath Automations
ClearPath grew out of my experience as an operations manager in the fitness industry.
I managed the moving parts of a busy operation—from daily performance and member needs to staffing, payroll, vendors, and team development. There was always something that needed attention, and the work didn’t stop when a meeting ended. Often, that was when the follow-up began.
I tracked those responsibilities across email, spreadsheets, internal tickets, and notes. I made my own tracking sheets and calendar reminders, but keeping everything organized still took time away from coaching my team and building relationships with members.
One experience stayed with me: I missed a follow-up on a member request, and it escalated. By the time it was resolved, I had to piece together old emails and phone records to reconnect with the member. A missed next step had created more work for everyone involved.
That experience reinforced a lesson: when you wear many hats, remembering everything isn’t enough. You need clear responsibilities, visible next steps, and room to lead.
Over time, those lessons became the foundation for ClearPath—a CRM and workflow platform for small businesses.
My goal is to help owners keep customer information, follow-ups, and team responsibilities organized, so they can spend more of their day developing people, building relationships, and growing their business—with room for family and life outside of work.
